How do I search for properties?
Use our search bar on the homepage or visit the Search page. You can filter by location, property type, price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, and more.
How do I create an account?
Click on 'Sign Up' in the top right corner. You can register as a Customer, Agent, or Property Owner. Fill in your details and verify your email.
Is Yaltopia Homes free to use?
Yes, browsing and searching for properties is completely free. Some premium features may require a subscription.
Bookings & Appointments
How do I book a property viewing?
Navigate to the property listing page and click 'Book Appointment'. Select your preferred date and time, then submit your request. The property owner will confirm.
Can I cancel an appointment?
Yes, you can cancel appointments from your dashboard. Visit the Appointments section and click 'Cancel' next to your booking.
What happens after I book?
The property owner will receive a notification and confirm your appointment. You'll receive an email confirmation with details.
Favorites & Saved Listings
How do I save a property to favorites?
Click the heart icon on any property listing card or detail page. You must be logged in to save favorites.
Where can I see my saved properties?
Visit the Favorites page from the navigation menu or your dashboard. All your saved properties will be listed there.
Can I organize my favorites?
Currently, favorites are saved in a single list. We're working on adding folders and tags in a future update.
Account & Payments
How do I update my profile?
Go to your Dashboard and click on 'Profile'. From there, you can update your information, contact details, and preferences.
How do I change my password?
Visit your Profile settings and click 'Change Password'. You'll need to enter your current password and create a new one.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment options vary by property owner. Contact the owner directly through the listing page for payment information.
