Delete Account

Permanently delete your account and personal data. You do not need to contact support or set a password.

What is removed

Your profile, contact details, password and social sign-in identifiers
Favorites, watchlists, reviews, account-linked viewing requests, and notification preferences
Your published listings and their uploaded media; listings required by a signed contract remain unpublished and anonymized

Transaction records and existing commitments

Booking, payment, property-management, and signed-contract records may remain without your account profile to preserve transaction history and other customers’ services. Deletion does not cancel an existing booking, lease, or a subscription billed separately by a payment provider.

Stored Apple sign-in connections and uploaded listing files are removed automatically. Temporary provider outages are retried. Limited backup and security-log copies may remain after deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements.
