Flexible
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment
Moderate
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the appointment
Strict
Cancellation allowed, but refunds subject to owner's policy
How to Cancel an Appointment
Go to Your Appointments
Navigate to your dashboard and click on 'Appointments'
Select the Appointment
Find the appointment you wish to cancel and click 'Cancel'
Confirm Cancellation
Review the cancellation policy and confirm your cancellation
Receive Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirmation and any applicable refund will be processed
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees may apply depending on when you cancel your appointment:

| 3-7 days before | 10% of booking amount |
| 24-72 hours before | 25% of booking amount |
| Less than 24 hours | 50% of booking amount |
| No-show | No refund |
* Fees are calculated based on the original booking amount. Some properties may have custom cancellation policies.
Refund Processing Times
Credit/Debit Card
5-7 business days
Refunds appear on your original payment method
Bank Transfer
7-10 business days
Refunds are processed to your registered bank account
Mobile Money
2-3 business days
Refunds appear in your mobile money wallet
Important Notes
- Refunds are only processed for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe.
- Special events and premium listings may have non-refundable deposits.
- If the property owner cancels, you'll receive a full refund regardless of policy.
- Processing times may vary during holidays and peak seasons.
