- Yaltopia Homes acts as a platform connecting users and does not own or manage properties.
- All transactions are between users; Yaltopia Homes is not a party to rental or sale agreements.
Limitation of Liability
- Yaltopia Homes provides the platform 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the platform.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
- We are not responsible for disputes between users, property owners, or agents.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
- All content on Yaltopia Homes, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Yaltopia Homes or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
- User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a license to use it on our platform.

Termination
